How To Switch Your Mind

Okie dokie my friends… There’s really no mystery when it comes to “switching your mind”, “switch your mind off”, “switch off depression”, “shut down your mind”, “shut down your brain”…

… or whatever you wanna switch on or off… ;)

Bluntly, it just means — pay attention to where you concentrate on.

There are just TWO options you have here:


One is, concentrate on what you don’t have, which means all the things you “wish” to have cause you feel the absence of it, and that’s gonna bring you more of what you don’t have.

Two is, concentrate on what you do have, which means all the things you have “Right Now” cause this builds gratitude, harmony energy that’s gonna help to bring you more of good stuff!

Hey, I don’t care if you have a Ferrari or bicycle… If you have a Ferrari, be thankful that it can bring you from point A to point B. If you have a bicycle, be thankful that it can bring you from point A to point B.

Same same… :)

oh oh… stop right there. I know you gonna say “it’s not the same… yada yada yada…”.

The moment you put your concentration on the differences and feel the lack of it, then you’re putting your mind on the first point and brings more to yourself what you don’t like ;)
