Heal Yourself

The first thing to get well or healthy is — get the mindset right!

You definitely can’t get well by thinking about the sickness and constantly feeling about the pain.

This week’s action plan will help you to stay healthy, fit and well all the time — even heal yourself!

Feel healthy, and feel healthy!

Step 1: Find the feeling place

Everyone of us had this time when we feel lively, joyful, healthy and full of energy bouncing around…

Have you lost that feeling already?

If not, great!

If yes, go now and find that feeling place again.

This is the very first step you need to do if you want to stay well or even heal yourself from sickness.

I had healed myself from some sicknesses, and this is the way that I’m keeping myself healthy and well all the time now.

Step 2: Make it your habitual feeling

Now, by just finding your lively feeling place is not good enough.

The next step is equally important as well.

You gotta make your lively feeling place your habitual feeling all day long.

Yeap — even you have some sickness with you right now.

You see, the sickness that you has was the result from your previous thought and feeling place…

Yes I know, you think you never want that right?

The “results” right in front of you, shows what your thought before.

Your job is not arguing whether you did that or you didn’t do that. Your job NOW is to get well !

Drop the argument, start concentrating on getting well and stay well… :)

(psst: in fact if you really let the answer comes to you, you’ll find that you actually did have that thought (or I should say “fear”) some times ago — that’s how I found out the truth for my previous sickness as well)

I lost 7kgs by using that method! ;)

To your health,
