I lost 7kgs in less than a month!!
Hooorayyy!!
I started wondering on this issue, “how our mind can influence our physical body”, for awhile; and I decided I’ll DO IT myself to prove it!
And, as you know the result – I lost 7 kgs!!! Unbelievable!!
Let’s go straight to the point now, cause I know you are asking over there the big “HOW”
This week’s action plan is:
Yeap!
You heard me right. Watch how you feel about your body.
You see, it really doesn’t matter what is your shape looks like now, that’s the result of what your mind “told” you to create from donkey years ago
We can change that – and I dare to say – easily!
Step 1:- Find the shape that you want to have
First and fore most, DECIDE the shape that you want to have.
If it helps, go cut a picture of the figure that you want to have, paste it on the mirror, and look at it EVERYDAY.
Else, you can just store that picture in your mind, and have the visual play inside your mind EVERYDAY.
Step 2:- Feel the feeling when you have this desired shape
Now, this is the crucial step to DO – on a DAILY basis!
Find the feeling place when you’re already having this shape that you desired. Feel the lightness, the healthiness, the fitness, the beauty, of you IN this shape.
I want you to feel all the wonderful feeling NOW!
Stop giving all kind of excuses like, “but I’m not….”, “but I can’t…”, “I’m not sure…”, yada yada yada…
It’s all up to you – how much you want to change?
DO IT – just once a day. Or to be precise, just a few seconds (you can do up to few minutes if you like
) in a day.
I strongly recommend to do this the very first thing in the morning when you step into your bathroom, and look into the mirror seeing yourself ALREADY in the desired shape. Follow by feeling all the wonderful feeling.
Then, continue your day from there.
