Build Your Future By Concentrating In NOW

Have you ever came across this saying “There is no time”?

Don’t quite grasp what is that mean? Or, why is it important to understand it?

This week’s action plan is:

Step 1:- Pay attention to what you do at each moment

That means, when you brush your teeth, know that you’re performing the action of brushing teeth. When you’re taking shower, put all your concentration to the flow of water, how you reach for your shower gel, applying them etc…

It doesn’t matter what kind of actions you’re performing at this moment (including reading this now ), what you have to do is, start switching your chaotic mind to one pointed thing / object.

Don’t under estimate this small switch of attention of your mind. It is so powerful than you could imagine.

Chaotic mind, which is controlled by our subconscious mind, is creating all the unwanted situation to us without us even knowing it!

Step 2:- Find out what is the feeling that you have at this moment

When you have switched your mind to ONE thing / object at this moment, pay attention to how is your feeling at this moment.

Generally, there are only 2 types of feeling:
One feels good, and the other one feels bad

Which means, when you’re reading this sentence at this moment, what is your feeling at this moment?

Remember, our feeling is telling us what kind of energy frequency we are transmitting to the universe at this very precious moment.

Then, what we called “future” is being shaped and showed upon us at the created “time” that we set.
